Hello Disney lovers. I posted today’s topic on my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/beyondthecastleblog), but I wanted to post it here on my blog as well. Did you know that there used to be a real piano player who played at the Hollywood Brown Derby which is located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios? Not a lot of people may know that based on the fact that it has been so long since Disney removed that wonderful feature. I admittedly don’t remember that simply because it was before my time. Apparently there would be a piano player playing soft music while you would have your meal. These stories of the removal of the piano player has really got me thinking. Disney really needs to be careful about how much they cut back on the little things that their guests might remember. Obviously, Disney will always have new guests visiting their theme parks. However, for the guests who visit annually or even bi-annually, they may be reluctant to come as often as they do if they see that too much has been cut back. What do you think? Do you remember the piano player at the Hollywood Brown Derby? Outside of that, what are some other memorable things you remember that Disney has done away with? Please post your comments below or E-mail us at admin@beyondthecastleblog.com to share your thoughts. Until next time, as always, have a magical day!
